We have 4 Deluxe family-owned houseboats, all tastefully decorated in Mughal style-architecture with gorgeous lakeside veranda and rooftop, where you can relax, sip a good (free) kashmiri tea and enjoy your vacations. Our houseboats bob gently in the middle of Dal Lake but have easy access to shore by 2 minutes Shikara ride. Away from the traffic jam and city noise, it guarantees better views on the Lake and on the Mountains. From Airport : 12 km approx. Take a taxi to here Ghat no.9 And take a lift in Shikara. Ask for Lake Victoria Houseboats. From Nerhu Park : half a km approx. From Ghat no.9 (Embarkation port) : 2 minutes in Shikara.
