After a tasty breakfast in the morning, get ready to visit some beautiful locations around Gangtok. Begin by visiting the famous glaciated lake - Tsomgo Lake/Changu Lake which was used to predict the future by the Buddhist monk depending upon its changing colours. Later, return back to Gangtok for an overnight stay.

After breakfast you will start for Darjeeling. Travel through the trails decorated with the magical views of the Himalayas and the adjoining valleys and don’t forget to capture the amazing snow-covered peaks lined with aromatic Tea Gardens. On the way we will visit Lamahatta Eco Park & Lovers View Point. Now check in to the Hotel. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Kick-off your day at around 4 AM for an amazing experience. Climb up to the top of Tiger Hill to catch the sunrise casting lights on Mt. Kanchenjunga and adjoining peaks. Then we will visit Rock Garden. Have your breakfast after this and then proceed for further sightseeing. Visit the famous Batasia Loop (Army Memorial), which offers a 360-degree panoramic view of the Darjeeling hill station lined with Himalayan peaks. Embrace the spiritual side of Darjeeling by visiting the Ghoom Monastery that houses a 15-foot high Maitreya Buddha statue (made from the clay bought from Tibet). Also visit Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Himalayan Mountaineering Institute and Bengal Natural History Museum to get a glimpse of the Red Pandas (endangered species). Take a stroll through the lush Tea Estates to understand the production of the best quality tea, popular all over the world. Later visit the Japanese Temple and the adjoining Peace Pagoda that showcases 4 avatars of Lord Buddha and offers scenic views of Mt. Kanchenjunga range. Return back to the hotel for an overnight stay in Darjeeling.

After finishing breakfast we will complete all the hotel check out formalities and now we will start the journey for Mirik by jeep. We will visit Pine Tree View Point, Indo Nepal Border, Mirik Lake. After spending some time in Mirik, A representative will transfer you to the NJP railway station from where you can board your train back home. Your tour concludes here. It’s now time to head back home with a plethora of good memories.
